PURCHASING from TOPAZ MAGPIE

Some items are available through my Folksy and Etsy shops, and can be bought quickly and easily. Other items can be purchased by emailing me to discuss the details of the item you would like. Items commissioned in this way will be made to order, and will therefore take a little longer; please see the delivery section for details.

HALLMARKING

My work is hallmarked, where required, by the London Assay Office. using my makers mark.

PAYMENT
All items must be paid for before shipment. I prefer payment by Paypal, but UK purchasers may pay by cheque by arrangement; please email me if you desire this option.
For security reasons I can only post to the address that appears in the Paypal transaction details.

REFUNDS

I try to ensure that my jewellery is photographed and described accurately, and therefore trust that you will be happy with your purchase. If you do have a problem then I will do my best to resolve the issue, within reason; however, I do not have a policy of refunding for items unless there is a fault in manufacture. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. Any refund due will be paid via the same method originally used within 28 days.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless there is a fault.
When ordering rings, it is your responsibility to ensure you order the correct size. A ring ordered in the wrong size can be re-sized, but this will incur a further charge.
